SKILLS TARGETED - PEDAGOGICAL OBJECTIVE


Creating a micro-enterprise involves the same economic and commercial imperatives as any business.

Indeed, being a business manager implies clearly defining your project and knowing all the requirements. This training aims to address the specificities of the creation of a micro-enterprise, with a section dedicated to the activity of independent secretary.

The goal is to validate the adequacy of the project to the creator, according to his ambition and his means and to define the possible corrective actions.

Project analysis and market study


(Estimated duration 7 hours)

  • Evaluate the man/project adequacy with regard to the requirements of the creation of a company: its project, its ambition, its skills, professional and personal constraints.
  • Carry out market research: existing offer, environment, prices charged, regulatory constraints.
  • Identify your target, create your offer, quantify your purchases and investments, establish your prices.
  • List possible funding, aid and support.
  • Designing its 3-year business plan and its cash flow plan for year 1.

Status and obligations

  • Identify the different statuses, their advantages and limits: legal constraints, tax and social obligations, social protection of the manager.
  • Identify the registration body and carry out its creation formalities.
  • Know the procedures for declaring your turnover and the payment deadlines.

  • Define the need for a consumer mediator.
  • Set up a business and regulatory watch.

Prospecting and commercial management

  • Carry out varied and targeted prospecting actions (telephone prospecting, face to face).
  • Create and implement communication tools adapted to its potential customers (professional meetings, commercial media, website, presence on social networks, networking platforms, etc.).
  • Write commercial documents: quotes, contracts, CGV, invoices.
  • Identify the expectations of its prospects and customers and adapt its offer.

Manage and grow your business

TRAINING ORGANIZATION

Have a business creation project.

  • Location: Pays de la Loire and nearby surroundings.
  • Duration of training: 24 hours 2 hours of maintenance at the beginning and at the end of training.
  • Individual face-to-face training at home and remotely by videoconference, in sessions of 3 to 4 hours to be planned together.
  • Face-to-face training in groups of 2 to 6 people, divided into 6 sessions.
  • A preliminary questionnaire will make it possible to identify the progress of the project.
  • Reception at the trainee's home for individual training or in a dedicated room with video projector for group training.
  • Exchange times are planned throughout the training, around MCQs.
  • Theoretical contributions will alternate with examples of practical application and explanations transposed as far as possible to the situation of the trainees.
