TRAINING CONTENT

1 - Researching calls for tenders

Discover the fundamentals of public markets/types of buyers, the different thresholds.

Familiarize yourself with tender platforms.

Create an account and set up a market watch.

Select folders according to company profile and upload them.

Analyze the DCE and identify the important elements: RC, DPGF, BPU, CCAP and CCTP, ESPD, DC.

Discern allotment and global market.

Identify the company's ability to respond.

2 - Analysis of a file

Respond alone or in a group of companies.

Choose to outsource.

Identify the application documents (certificates,

certifications, DC1, DC2, ESPD) and the offer documents (deed of commitment, price schedule).

Clearly identify the essential technical requirements of the CCTP.

Schedule and arrange site visits and ask buyer questions.

Write your technical report.

Prepare your response and design an offer to submit online.

Practical workshop: preparing an application file and an offer file.

3 - Dematerialized response

Identify buyer expectations for deposit terms.

Order the appropriate certificate and anticipate obtaining it, taking into account the deadlines.

Identify the content desired by the buyer in terms of parts and format.

Install your electronic certificate, sign your documents.

Submit an offer.

TRAINING ORGANIZATION

This training is open to anyone or entrepreneurs wishing to understand the response to calls for tenders for themselves or their clients.

This training does not require any level of knowledge of public procurement.

It is nevertheless necessary to know office tools, internet, electronic messaging and the use of online platforms.

Writing fluency and a good level of spelling are preferable but not insurmountable.

A preliminary questionnaire will identify the profile of trainees.

Each participant must have a PC equipped with a webcam and a microphone and with a stable internet connection.

Theoretical contributions will alternate with a practical application based on concrete examples.

Discussion times as well as MCQs for the evaluation of prior learning will be offered to participants throughout the training.

Course materials will be provided.

A “debriefing” time is planned at the end of the training.

A needs assessment is carried out prior to the training in order to determine the feasibility of the training.
If the organization does not have the means to accommodate the intern in the best conditions, it will redirect the intern to a disabled partner to create an adapted environment.
