CHARTER OF ETHICS - PERSONAL TRAINING ACCOUNT
Committed for 30 years to the promotion of a quality training offer, the federation Les acteurs de la Compétence (formerly FFP) has initiated a code of ethics for the sale of services eligible for the Personal Training Account.
This charter promotes the development of a quality offer on the CPF and encourages increased access to skills development.
Indeed, nearly 2.5 million entries into training have been allowed in two years since the launch of the MonCompteFormation portal on 1erDecember 2019. Before the monetization of rights in 2018, only 500,000 people were trained thanks to the CPF.
The charter informs consumers in their choices when they mobilize their CPF and is based on the rules of law applying to the profession and the general conditions of use (CGU) of MonCompteFormation. Any training company applying these rules of law can take advantage of this charter.
Muriel Rousseau Formation adheres to the CPF code of ethics, which includes 10 criteria:

3 - I present my offer with loyalty, regardless of the communication medium (website, mailing, canvassing, display, etc.), by prohibiting me from attracting or misleading the consumer by:
4 - I master the use of subcontracting of which I am the guarantor whatever its purpose and in particular:
5 - I provide the consumer with all the guarantees against the usurpation of his Social Security number or his personal training account and I refrain, in particular, from usurping the identifiers of a third party to use his account.
6 - I inform in advance of the costs covered by the Personal Training Account and any additional costs.
7 - I facilitate research on MonCompteFormation by not duplicating similar actions in my catalog for the sole purpose of optimizing my positioning in the search engine whose neutrality is guaranteed by the Caisse des dépôts et consignations.
8 - I plan evaluation methods upstream of the training to adapt the service to the needs of the person, if necessary.
9 - Within the framework of a training action in whole or in part at a distance, I guarantee :
10 - I offer any particular consumer client the amicable and free recourse at the consumer mediation service, in the event of a dispute (see GCS).
