Among the various quality criteria on which the QUALIOPI certification is based is the principle of continuous improvement. This implies that the training courses offered by the certified body constantly evolve and improve, thanks to the opinions of the trainees, in particular via satisfaction surveys, both hot and cold, allowing constant monitoring of the quality and effectiveness of our trainings.

Analysis of learners' opinions, establishment of a complaints system and processing of these, establishment of a corrective action plan, are the foundations contributing to the improvement of our professional practices.

• The implementation of a control of the skills of the trainers as well as their continuous training.
• Conducting satisfaction surveys with sponsors of the training action (companies) as well as funders (OPCA, etc.).
• The assessment of the training deployed over the year, the analysis of the scores obtained in the certifications and the rate of obtaining diplomas after support for the VAE.
